Training Missions

If you are a new player and you were sent here, you are in the right place. The training missions help you gain the basics of playing Vendetta Online. Try finishing these tutorial in game, in this order.

  1. Mandatory Tutorial - The mandatory mission is the very first thing you see after creating a new Alt (alternative player profile). This is a tutorial on that with screenshots.
  2. Training I: Basic Flight - This is the first Training mission on how to fly around.
  3. Training II: Navigation and Combat - This tutorial lets you go kill a robot ship. It is also the standard way to do the remaining training missions.
  4. Training III: Advanced Flight and Combat - More robot ship killing, cargo capture, and navigation between sectors in a system.
  5. Training IV: Station Interface - A run through of the station's interface and its major screens.
  6. Training V: Advanced Flight - Learn to move like a space ship. Until now you've been flying like a plane.
  7. Basic Flight Status Test - Quick notes with screenshot(s) for the test (Sorry no walk through for the test).

License Missions

When trying to raise your license levels it is best to do it with a mission. This is because missions give bonuses and directions on how to complete the task. Below are some walkthroughs for the beginner missions.

    • Searching for easy targets (Refer to the wiki's robot list).
    • 1D fighting technique
    • Capture the cargo (may have to wait until all is clear)

Basic Skills

  1. Ship configuration of weapons and power cells
  2. Navigation screen
    • Basic in-System Navigation
    • System to system navigation
    • Avoiding Ion storms (as best you can)
  3. Pay money to another player
  4. Power cell comparisons
