Template:Plugins tablerow

Sorry if it looks like I'm spamming the forums guys, but I really need to work some things out. I'm just an amateur dilletante trying to make the wiki even better ;)
Now, once this is finished, it's usage should be something like this:
{{tablerow_plugins|name="Your Plugin's name" author="Author's name" info="A short description of the plugin. What it does, why people should have it." com1="Here you can include up to 5 slash-commands your plugin contains, each in a single com# tag. Like: /myplugin" com2="/command" forum="If it exists, please provide a URL to the thread in the VO forums where the plugin and additional info is posted." dlurl="http://link.to/your_plugin/file.zip"
