Even though there are no set rules for dueling, there is a generally accepted set of rules that most pilots follow. Duels can range from standard issue buses to pilot's preference.<br>

When approaching a duel in progress, some things to keep in mind:

Your rating changes over time. Points you win or lose when fighting someone depends on their rating at the time of the duel. Your rank is weighted against the history of the person you are dueling. If you're dueling someone who has a poor record, you won't increase in ranking. The stats should be viewable in-game by checking your "Character Info" tab.<br><br><b><u>The duel ranking system is still under construction</u></b>, but there are plans for more features as well as awards for those with certain levels.<br><br>A stats list can be found on the Official Vendetta Online website which shows your [http://vendetta-online.com/h/duelstats/page1.html dueling rank].<br>
