Changes

I'd like to start off by pointing out that All hive skirmish missions that are located where ion storms are present will give a 400% bonus to all weapons/combat XP gained throughout the mission. Also, ion storms only last for an hour. So, there's a chance the mission was added to the mission board when an ion storm was present and it has cleared by the time you pick up the mission.
