The Xang Xi conc mine is a high-force reloadable flare that deals no damage to its target. The mission for manufacturing this item is actually listed as a mining mission, "Rush job! Ores and minerals needed" at a certain Xang Xi station. The Ferric ore for the mission must be mined while the mission is active, but all other items can be stockpiled. The mission is considered failed if not completed within five hours.
