But it is a mission tree with several potential sub-missions. (one of which requires serco docking rights). You need to know this: do ''NOT abort'' this mission, it is a one-time only mission, you cannot re-take it.
Requirements are trade level 2 and dockable faction with Valent and Xang Xi faction.
