This mission is available at mining stations. It gives you a basic mineral scanner and a mining beam(S-port). It also tell tells you how to equip the equipment and how to use them. If you complete the mission you will earn enough XP to get your level 1 mining license. The level 1 mining license gives you access to a large port (L-port) mining beam. To find a mining station look at the name of the station on the namemap. The type of station is also listedbelow the name of the station.
