Try turboing around a little bit to separate out the Assault drones, they are easier to deal with alone than with a giant blob of collectors shooting at you, too.
After killing all combat drones, you will be asked to return to the station, and you will have completed the TPG Test Pilot Program. The Raptor will be unlocked for you, along with any future TPG Test-Pilot content.
