Likely going to push users to voupr and have the current list archived, since voupr is self-sorted and better updated. Wont remove these, though, since some are still only found here. discussion?

Correction, will be table-izing the listed plugins. New format will list
<nowiki>Plugin Name - Download location(s) - Supports Neoloader yes/no - single line description</nowiki>
Plugin name will be Green, Yellow, Red bg in frame for "Actively Supported", "Works but not supported", "Does not work"
This will better help new users recognise which plugins to avoid or plugin authors which could be a new project.
