= Dueling =When dueling, there are no rules that the Developers have set forth that MUST be followed, but, it is a generally accepted set of rules that most pilots follow.<br>Duels can range from standard issue buses to pilots preferencerefer either informal consensual 1v1s or an in-game 1v1 rating system.

#Opponents must have a starting distance Players seeking either type of 1000mduel typically congregate in Sedina B8.#Any requests as to ship type/weapon loadout from either side must be honored. #Docking to rearm/repair Swarms and warping out of a sector other fire-and-forget weapons are regarded as a loss for that pilotfrowned on.#An issue in any form, be it from collision Running or self inflicted damage otherwise avoiding inevitable death is regarded seen as a loss for that pilotdishonorable.#==Formal Duels== Formal duels are initiated with /duel commands. The first player to die or leave the sector loses. If at any point either player takes damage from a ship not involved engaged in the duel fires on or damages any ship, that ship should be destroyed (if possible) by the duelistsduel is automatically aborted.
